The course provides an overview of the principles of E-Commerce. Topics include the origin and growth of E-Commerce, technologies that support the development of E-Commerce applications, business models and strategies for E-Commerce, Legal issues related to E-Commerce such as privacy, consumer rights, and intellectual property. Some latest examples and different types of e-Business models, e-Commerce strategies and the building processes are also discussed in class.
