Registration

  • You can register your team here.
  • For participants from Hong Kong, please select "Asia Macau Onsite Regional Contest (Hong Kong site, participants from HK only)" during registration; for other participants (from Macau and Mainland China), please select "Asia Macau Onsite Regional Contest (Macau site)" during the registration.
  • Due to limited capacity, the Macau regional contest will accept at most one team per university from outside Macau and Hong Kong.
  • If multiple teams from the same university registered, only one of them will be accepted as the official team. The other teams will be backup teams and will be accepted if there is room. Please indicate which team is the official team during the registration, e.g., by putting "(official)" after the team name.

Payment

The coaches of the accepted teams will receive invitation letters by email with payment instruction. The registration fee of the contest is USD 200. The payment method will be announced shortly.

  • Champion: the highest ranked team
  • First Runners-up: the second highest ranked team
  • Second Runners-up: the third highest ranked team
  • Gold Awards: teams ranked 10%
  • Silver Awards: teams ranked next 20%
  • Bronze Awards: teams ranked next 30%
  • Outstanding local teams
  • Outstanding high school teams

Details

  • Visitors from Mainland China can apply for a Hong Kong Macau Entry Permit to travel to Macau for up to seven days at your 户籍所在地出入境机关. Visit here for more details regarding the visa issue. If you need a business visa to stay at Macau for more than seven days.
  • If you need a letter of invitation, please fill out the online form as early as possible, in order to leave plenty of time to process the application. Please do allow 72 working hours to process your request. Please be noted that invitation letters are only issued to registrants who have already paid their fees.

Contest Info (Rules)

  • References and stationery that a team can bring into contest rooms:
    • [1] No limit on number of books and printed materials;
    • [2] Pens, pencils, rulers, compasses, and so on
  • During the contest, teams have to wear ICPC T-shirts and badges
  • Programming Environment will follow World Final Contest
  • The judging system is Domjudge version 7.3.2 (TBD)
  • Any electronic devices (e.g., smart phones, personal computers, USB flash disks, memory cards, portable disks, and programmable calculators) should not be taken into the contest.

    Public Bus Routes to Campus

    Currently, there are five public bus routes connecting to campus, which are 71, 72, 73, 73S (special public bus route) and N6 (overnight bus). For details of those bus routes and the ways to the University of Macau, please refer to the website of DSAT: http://www.dsat.gov.mo/bus/en/bus_service.aspx.

    Bus Traveling System App (巴士報站)

    The Bus Traveling System App launched by DSAT has added a new “Point to point” function (please refer to the screen below). Users can use this app to check the real time bus route information, and check the travel plan to different locations. Staff and Students are welcome to download this app (QR Codes are enclosed below) or directly visit the DSAT website for details.

    UM Guest House

    We will provide limited in-campus accomodation in our UM Guest House(TBA).
    We offer limited in-campus accommodation for contestant and coach to stay in our UM Guest House. Please submit your reservation via the online form (first-come first-serve manner).
